For weekend and holiday events, we recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance. For weekday and off‑peak events, 2–3 weeks is often enough. That said, we do our best to accommodate last‑minute requests—submit your date and we’ll let you know what’s available.
Our trains are designed for paved or compacted surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, pavers and well‑packed gravel. Grass is possible in some cases if the ground is firm and level. We’ll review photos or a site map before confirming your booking.
Yes. Our passenger coaches feature safety gates, handrails and non‑slip flooring. We require that small children ride with a responsible adult, and our conductors are trained in safe loading, unloading and emergency procedures.
